Positive: Attentive and friendly staff that resolved a couple issues quickly. Quiet and convenient location.
Negative: Sofa and dining table/chairs need upgrade. Living room has noisy air conditioning and no blackout curtains for sunny hours. There is damage on the bedroom walls, presumably due to water intrusion during rainy season, that needs to be addressed.
